Men's Relational Embodiment Practice Morning

Men of LA, come out and embody your primal self! In this 3 hour session, primal movement expert Chris Jerome and men’s embodiment coach Jason Lange will be teaming up to mix movement and men’s work in a potent morning of relational & embodied movement practices.

We need movement to survive. This is something we seem to have forgotten, but our bodies haven’t... We can’t breathe, hunt or fuck without it. Movement isn’t just a “part of our nature”, it is who we are. To the extent we lose connection to our movement and our bodies, we lose ourselves and diminish our connection with others.

This workshop intends to bring us into closer contact with ourselves, and other men. We will increase awareness of the birthright wisdom and strength within our bodies and gain insight into what currently limits us.

  • Learn to activate your muscles in a way that grounds your body and allows it to perform, rather than defend.
  • Learn to drop into deeper connection with yourself, and with other men
  • Learn to cultivate directness in your movement and speech
