Awakening Breathwork is an essential part of the awakening journey, because breath is the link between consciousness, physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This special breathing technique can eliminate cellular debris and toxins responsible for the patterns we create and live by. We’ll release stress, pain, grief and trauma all root causes of illness and disease.
You’ll enter a meditative state quickly where you can quiet the mind and receive massive amounts of clarity and guidance.
Side effects include: self love, more loving relationships, deep inner peace, confidence, creativity, feelings of happiness and joy, internal awakening, and expanded states of consciousness.
*Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach, so please try not to eat for at least two hours before.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Christian Mack finally followed his heart and was guided out to the City of Angels in 2011. Two years later his life nearly ended after a near death experience. During his healing journey, he found meditation incredibly helpful, but it was a constant challenge to quiet his mind. Then he discovered Breathwork. He had an immediate and profound experience in his first breathwork class and was hooked.
