This is a flow of medical Chi Gong. Chi Gong is an ancient Chinese medicine-based series of movements that stimulate and nourish the meridian systems of our entire body. It has been used to cure chronic diseases and is a secret training for many Chinese doctors and martial artists. Chi Gong is very accessible for all people, all ages, all mobility levels. It is gentle, powerful and nourishing.
In this Breathwork Chi Gong class we begin with 30 minutes of guided breathing and visualizations. Once our body is charged up, we move thru a series of movements that clear stagnant energy (Chi), regulate each organ one-by-one, and tonify and energize our organ systems with fresh Chi. We’ll end the class with a brief meditation to nourish and ground the practice.
*This class is best done on an empty stomach, so please try not to eat for at least two hours before.

Tomm Voss is a Qi Gong teacher, World Champion martial artist, and holistic health, fitness and life coach. Tomm was born in Denmark and has lived in the US since 2002. After suffering from an autoimmune disease and an under-functioning thyroid (hypothyroidism), He began his holistic healing journey and Qi Gong practice in 2011, becoming a student of Grandmaster Zhou of the 18th generation Wudang DragonGate Qi Gong lineage. He was taught how to heal himself and gain a new understanding for life and health. Tomm was given the blessing to teach the art of Qigong in 2015 after going on a trip with his mentor to the holy Temples of the Wudang Mountains in China.
In addition to teaching groups, Tomm supports private clients in healing themselves from imbalances and chronic illnesses such as Parkinson’s disease, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, and cancer. He guides his students to holistic health, balance and vitality so they can live life to their fullest potential.
