Love, Peace and Purpose!

We are all magical beings with unique gifts to offer the world, it is time to answer our soul’s calling. Follow your heart, feed your spirit and all your soul to shine. It is time to light up the world with your authentic spirit.

It’s your time to shine! We are all born with light, but the busy world can make us forget. Come release what no longer serves so you may rediscover the limitless home of love inside to emerge in full-spectrum radiance.

What is Ceremonial Breathwork

Ceremonial Breathwork was influenced by the rituals and practices of indigenous culture’s sacred plant medicine ceremonies worldwide. The breath is the medicine. This experience incorporates shamanic elements including the singing of “icaro” (song of blessing), burning of Palos Santos, and anointing of sacred oils deepening our connection to nature, the spirit world, and universal oneness. These elements craft a unique experience not to be missed and supports healing of body, mind and spirit.

Prepare to be lit from within as we journey together through ceremonial breathwork. Using the breath to unlock stuck energy and other stresses stored in the body, allowing one to tune into their own healing needs and abilities while rediscovering your truth. With this simple pranayama practice participants may experience:

  • Ability to manifest greater abundance

  • Deep healing of wounds, grief and traumas

  • Accesses expanded states of consciousness, including higher guidance and clarity

  • Transcend the mind and emotions
* Uproot undigested emotions & memories

  • Massive stress relief and deep relaxation

  • Supports the awakening to the truth of who you really are

  • Access greater self-love and more loving relationships

  • Rediscover Emotional Balance

  • Relief from physical pain

  • Increased connection to source

*Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach, so please try not to eat for at least two hours before.
*Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.

Lauren Tancredi is impassioned by the power of conscious practices and surprised herself by falling in love with yoga in the early 2000s. Experiencing the impact that yoga created in her daily life, she began to deepen her practice and study the ancient philosophy. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Santa Monica Yoga and through a divine unfolding of life she discovered breathwork. Inspired by the profound healing that occurred within individuals in this simple ceremonial practice, she began her facilitator training with The Breath Center in Los Angeles, CA. Since then, Lauren has gone on to hold space for thousands of individuals. Lauren’s passion is to contribute to the positive ripples of healing and growth within ourselves and throughout the community. It is time for us to glow in the dark together!
