Solé’s approach is compassionate, true to her lineage, dynamic, and accessible. She creates a nurturing environment for personal transformation.
Solé has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2006. She’s travelled with Fleetwood Mac as a wellness coach and trained and rehabilitated professional athletes. She also had the honor to lead private wellness retreats for Oprah. Solé loves hosting retreats and spiritual adventures around the globe, having taught workshops and trainings on 5 continents. Today, she calls the sandy shores of Venice Beach and Maui home.
