Join us for the very first of our monthly ESC series for 6-courses of vegan delectation with Chef Nina Hayes accompanied by ethereal harpist Zeraphina Quenby.

The Enlightened Supper Club was founded as Nina Hayes’s mission to restore the ritual aspect to what, how, and who we eat with. A long-time yoga practitioner/teacher and chef from inception, Nina believes that our connection to the earth (i.e. the very food we eat) is inseparable from our connection to each other.

The  lovely and talented Nina created an Enlightened Supper Club dinner party for ten in my home.  Her creative menu, meticulous preparation, and beautiful energy made for a magical experience.  The cuisine is divine!

ABOUT CHEF NINA HAYES

Nina Hayes is a Plant-Based Culinary Alchemist and founder of The Enlightened Supper Club, a consciously curated dining experience. Food is Nina's artistic medium to facilitate deep healing within herself and others. By chanting or listening to ancient mantras while cooking, Nina’s delicacies are imbued with love and positive intention can be tasted with each bite. 

Prior to relocating to LA from Boston, Nina founded an award-winning vegan bonbon company, instructed vegetarian cooking classes at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and worked with celebrity clients including notable vegans, Mos Def and Talib Kweli. A sought after presenter, Nina has been a featured at the New York Vegetarian Food Festival, the Boston Vegetarian Society, and the New England Dessert Showcase where her cookie dough was awarded “Best Healthy Choice”.
